Eco Friendly Reinforced Fiber Cement Exterior Board

We formulate the enterprise standard with the standard higher than the building material industry standard of the People's Republic of China (JC/T546.1-2008). The produced sinoma asbestos-free reinforced fiber calcium silicate board (low, medium and high density) is new green, energy-saving, fireproof and dampproof building wall material by accurately mixing wood fiber, Portland cement, alkaline substance, quartz sand, auxiliary materials and other substances, molding with flow slurry method, pressurizing, maintaining and other full-automatic processes.

Brief Introduction

The raw materials of fiber cement board are cellulose fiber, silicate cement, quartz sand, water and some additives. It's a kind of high-tech product which formed through accurate dosing by computer program, hatcheck craft and compressed by 14000tons hydraulic machine and autoclave under high temperature and pressure.

It's 100% free of asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene and other harmful substances and with excellent performance like high strength, large size, light weight, fire and water proofing, green and environmental friendly, high efficient and energy-saving.
